We had a 2 bedroom unit, it was big, bright and airy, great kitchen and bathroom, huge balconies, really stunning apartment at the time. Great gym and pools, LOVED this hotel, GREAT location

dissapointing there was a flood on our floor the noise of the blowers trying to dry the carpet and the smell was constant through our stay we were not offered a new room or told about the flood. Spolit our holiday when i complained to reception staff i was ignored. will not recommend the Waves very dissapointing.

The staff at the front desk are extremely rude.....The staff are really rude. Furthermore when my brother called to give a credit card number the staff member said are you aware its after hours and was really rude. My wife was 7 months pregnant at the time and said it was the worst place she ever stayed due to how rude the staff were....Our 3 sons enjoyed the pools though.

Excellent accomodation and faciities,

Liked: The apartment and the pool area with barbecues.
Disliked: Window in bathroom,,,,,,,my 17 year old refused to use bathroom as he could be see.Some from of window covering would be a good idea.

Costly - there are better apartments in Broadbeach which cost less. Our appartment was lacking a coffee pot (plunger), when we asked at reception, they lied to us and were quite rude. It is basic anywhere else. Would not stay there again.

The apartments were beautiful. However, we notice on the side of the beds there are no clock radio to see the time.

We thoroughly enjoyed in Broadbeach. The apartment location was ideal, with all shopping, eating and bus stops situated close by. The apartment was new, fresh and clean. The reception staff were pleasant and always helpful.

The taps in the kitchen were a bit too hard to use. Water sprayed everywhere when we tried so hard not to waste it. The main bathroom was a bit \"off\" with the see through glass door.

I couldnt wipe the smile off my face when i entered the apartment. Neat and very modern. Stayed on the 16th floor and the view was breath taking. The only thing i didnt like was that i had to leave:(

Had a fantastic time and thought the facilities were brilliant. Walking distance to everything you could possibily need therefore no need to hire a car. We'll be back again soon.

Loved the Waves, but could not afford to stay there in the high season.Would like to have accessed the Gym earlier in the a.m. Best apartment we have ever stayed in. we did have friends over from the UK and they were impressed also.

Magificent architure on the building. Great views from the 28th floor. Straight out into the ocean.
Stayed in 2 bedroom unit. It was lovely and spacious. The pool and bbq area was nice and lovely.
Location was fantastic as it was above all the restaurants and cafes. What a great hub for great outdoor dining.
