excellent location at Broadbeach. REception open long hours, and Christmas Day. Good safe parking space, clean lifts, well organised. Also, lovely furnishing and furniture, clean environment and beautiful decor.

Liked: the decor, the furniture, the cleanliness and the reception hours., the parking and the security
Disliked: very very old rusty toaster that was not replaced when requested but reception lady assured us it would be replaced shortly.!

Getting There

From Brisbane Airport, follow Airport Drive and turn left onto the Gateway Motorway. Continue for approximately 25km and the highway will become the Pacific Highway. Follow signs to the Gold Coast and take the Southport/Surfers Paradise exit. Follow signs to Broadbeach. Bel Air Resort is located on the left-hand side, directly opposite Pacific Fair Shopping Centre.

From Coolangatta Airport - turn left onto the Gold Coast Highway and follow the signs to Broadbeach. Bel Air Resort is located on the right hand side, directly opposite Pacific Fair Shopping Centre.

I think this hotel was great! I really liked the pools and how close it was to the beach. It was also very good value for the price we payed. I recommend that anyone that comes go for 2 or more nights because one is not enough.

Very tired decor - bathrooms etc very dated, not clean, mouldy, poorly ventilated etc., etc. Poor air conditioning which they couldn\'t fix - hard beeding, dirty doonas etc - all in all a pretty grotty accomodation venue especially considering the price is in the higher range - for a little bit extra we can stay in near new accomodation - we were not impressed with what was delivered to us.

The Mantra Bel Air apartments were very comfortable and I would stay again. In fact the family insist that we do.

The location was great, right next to Pacific Fair, the Casino and Broadbeach. We really like the pool and outdoor area, and the staff at the tour desk was really helpful with arranging activities and tours for us while we stayed.

Apartment was HUGE! Family of five extremely comfortable, great bedrooms, living area and kitchen for a large family. Great view of the pool and also the beach.
