We stayed last September for 10 days on a family holiday with our daughter, husband and children and disagree totally with another client that he would not recomend this hotel for a family with children, we had a 3 year old and 2 11 year old children with us. The facilities for dining and entertainment were wonderful and the pool complex fabulous. Close to all amenities and the staff wonderful with all the children. So great a time we all had we are hoping to return next year with more extended family.

- Brisbane International Airport 80km, 60 minutes by taxi/car.
- Coach service operates from Brisbane and Coolangatta airports to the hotel.
- Train service operates from Brisbane to Nerang Station. Connecting bus available.

Children are welcome in the hotel. A maximum of two children under 14 years can stay in a room with two adults at no extra charge, providing existing bedding is utilised. The property has a games room, however it is unsupervised.
